The trick is, since they polled a lot of recruiters, you have to hope that the one you want to work for is one of the ones that put the school you went to higher! They don't include that in the ranking info :)
Except recruiters pay more $$ to Harvard MBAs than Kenan Flagler MBAs. They are also more likely to pick your resume out of the pile and invite you in for an interview if your resume says Harvard than UNC.
