This sounds like an SAT question! Basically your verbal + math should approximate the old SAT. Writing is an additional section that was represented previously by an SAT II exam.

1500/2400 = x/1600

x = (1500/2400) * 1600 = 1500 * (1600/2400)

x = 1500 * 2/3 = 1000

So, you have a 1000 on a 1600 scale. You probably want to bring that up to be as competitive as possible.

Hi,
I will take the New SAT this March. But I feel extremely nervous due to my past experience in the old SAT (I just got 1100 ) However, I just wanna know is there anyting that could help me besides test prep, such as personal advice, etc. Because I realize that 3.30 hours of test is extremely exhausting.
